What we store
Your email address, display name, password hash (held by our authentication provider), trading preferences (capital, risk percentage, trade mode, fee profile), account timezone, watchlist, favorites, alert preferences, plan and subscription status, trial and Signal Plan unlock timestamps, basic activity dates, and security logs such as rate-limit counters.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy notice. AssisTrade never receives or stores your card number. We store only Paddle’s customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing dates and payment status so we can provide your plan.
We send transactional emails only (account confirmation, password reset, email change, security notices) through our email provider [Resend]. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
What we do not store
AssisTrade never asks for exchange API keys, never connects to your exchange account and never stores payment card details.
Processors and locations

How it is protected
Account data is isolated per user in the database. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to AssisTrade staff. Administrative actions are audited.
Your rights
