What AssisTrade is

AssisTrade is software that analyses public crypto-derivatives market data and produces software-generated market information, including “signals”, risk examples and statistics.

AssisTrade is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or portfolio manager. It does not execute orders on any exchange, hold or custody funds or assets, connect to your exchange account, or give personalised investment advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Your responsibility

You decide whether and how to trade. Trading crypto derivatives carries a high risk of losing some or all of your capital. Read the Risk Disclaimer before using the service.

No guarantee

Signals can be wrong. Historical signal results are hypothetical, calculated from market data, and are not your realised returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not promise any profit or return.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use such services where you live. Accounts are personal; do not share access. You must confirm your email address. We may suspend accounts for misuse, abuse, scraping or reselling of the service.

Paid plans and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly (or annually where offered) through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle processes your payment, handles taxes and issues invoices, and its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase.

Upgrades take effect once the payment is confirmed and are prorated by Paddle. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your plan until then. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a limited grace period while Paddle retries the payment. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service depends on third-party market data and infrastructure. Signals are not produced when market data is stale or incomplete. Features marked “Coming later” are not part of any plan until released.
